As a strategist and promoter of a diverse culture and inclusive community, Dawn leads DDB Worldwide’s inclusion efforts for diverse partners.

Her experiences span across multiple disciplines including, entrepreneur, business development, vendor system implementation, management, fashion and retail.

She launched DDB’s No Respect 4 Status Quo, supplier diversity initiative and led DDB’s breaking unconscious bias workshops.

She participates on the NY/NJ MSDC Board and the AEMS (advertising, entertainment, media & sports) industry group and is a contributing author to the Diversity Plus Magazine.

Under her leadership, DDB was awarded their first supplier diversity category award by the AAF Mosaic Council.
