Dr. Yasmin Davidds is an organizational psychologist, international negotiation consultant, and executive coach. As one of the leading Latina negotiation experts in the U.S. and Latin America, Dr. Davidds has trained and counseled over 2,000 corporate leaders in over 200 blue chip companies throughout 22 countries in the art and skill of negotiation. Her practical experience includes a wide range of public and private sector efforts around the world and the U.S.
Dr. Davidds works in depth with organizations by supporting managers who are tasked with leading stressful and rapid change. She has trained Fortune 500 executives and facilitated their merging of different corporate cultures.
Dr. Davidds is the co-chair for the California HOPE Leadership Institute and an active member of the Diversity Advisory Council for FOX Entertainment. She has won numerous awards, including the Congressional Legacy of Excellence granted by Congresswoman Grace Napolitano and the Outstanding Leadership and Community Contributions award granted by Congressman Adam Schiff.
Dr. Davidds graduated from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, earned her Master of Arts in Liberal Arts from San Diego State and earned her Psy. D in Organizational psychology from the Philips Graduate Institute in Encino, California.
