Frederick Royall III is the Founder and CEO of Royall Capital Holdings, LLC. The firm is a boutique investment bank which raises capital for private middle market companies with a focus on diverse businesses. Since inception, the firm has raised over $350mm in capital for clients across several sectors including business services, industrials, telecommunications and real estate. Prior to Royall Capital, Mr. Royall was the head of Investment Grade Debt Syndicate & Equity Capital Markets at Blaylock Robert Van and has over 20 years of capital markets experience. He has executed over 100 transactions for clients including GE, Disney, Con Edison, Pacific Gas, Sempra Energy and Citi. Prior to joining Blaylock Robert Van, he worked in the equity capital markets group at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Royall began his career at Merrill Lynch & Co. and is a graduate of Columbia Business School.
Mr. Royall has been a speaker and panelist at several conferences addressing the need for access to capital for diverse businesses including the National Minority Supplier Diversity Annual Conference, Wall Street Project Annual Economic Summit, Inner City Capital Connection, National Utilities Diversity Council and a participant at the Billion Dollar Roundtable Annual Summit.
