MBE “Boot Camp” Session – Classes III & IV

MBEs prosper and grow to scale when they successfully create and deliver real value for their customers. This three-hour session is all about your business. We’ll focus on whether you’re choosing the right customers, how to follow a strategy that makes sense for your company, and how to manage the enterprise in a way that brings you profitability and repeat business. You will be given a diagnostic questionnaire that allows you to evaluate the strengths of your business and the areas that need improvement. Seats are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
