Businesses and organizations across the world are grappling with an unfolding skills dilemma that is challenging the way we manage and plan the workforce and workplace of the future. People are remaining in the workforce longer than they used to, yet there is a growing shortage of skilled talent. Today’s young workers, a.k.a. the Millennials, are bringing an entirely new set of expectations to our doorstep.

This session will explore workforce trends associated with the aging and declining workforce, educate colleagues on the role and importance of today’s multi-gen workforce. There will also be added emphasis on Gen Y and the impact that generational diversity has on recruiting and retaining talent within workplaces/organizations/supply chains.
