Born and raised in Arlington, VA, Justin grew up in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Justin graduated from Washington – Lee High School and is a member of the Boy Scouts of America where he did achieve the rank of Eagle in his youth. His Native roots run deep, with both parents stemming from Haudenosaunee from the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation, located about 30 miles southwest of Buffalo, NY. His father is Seneca of the Deer clan and his mother is Cayuga of the Turtle clan.

Justin graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Management with a Bachelor of Science, with concentrations in Finance and Human Resources. Furthering his education, he graduated from Canisius College with an MBA in International Business. He has served in various leadership capacities for both the Seneca and Cayuga Nations.

Currently, Justin serves as President for Ongweoweh Corp, a pallet and packaging management company in Ithaca, NY. He is a father of three Seneca children and he and his wife are currently raising their family in Lansing, NY.
