Megan Rast is Senior Manager of Supplier Diversity at Charter Communications and is located in Denver, Colorado.

She joined Charter in January 2017 and is the full time headcount for Charter managing and administering the Supplier Diversity program, particularly the commitments for Procurement described in Charter’s Memorandum of Understanding with twelve Multicultural Leadership Organizations.

Previously, Megan led Supplier Diversity and Sustainability at T-Mobile and was Director of Sustainability at Sony Pictures Entertainment. She is on the extended leadership team of the Technology Industry Group (tigsd.org) and won the 2017 Extended Leadership Team Member of the Year. She is also the recipient of the 2016 Robert L Ryan Award from the Northwest Mountain Minority Supplier Development Council for modeling a commitment and dedication to supplier diversity.

Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College and an MBA from University of California Berkeley’s Haas School of Business with a focus in Social Impact and Sustainability.
