Paul Harris is a Supplier Diversity Manager with Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) and has been with Raytheon for 11 years.

Since joining Raytheon, he has fulfilled multiple Supply Chain roles in Procurement, Subcontracts, and Strategic Sourcing. In his current role, Paul is responsible for coordinating small business outreach initiatives to support Front End of the Business (FEOTB) program requirements.

He is also responsible for driving collaboration of small business utilization in support of the $8B dollar SAS business. Paul is also responsible for managing the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program which leverages small business technology, innovation, and research for commercialization of Federal Research & Development (R&D) opportunities.

A 20-year veteran of the US Air Force, Paul was a Contracting Officer for 9 years with multiple contingency deployments to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and various locations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Workforce Education and Training from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Management with an Entrepreneurship concentration from American Military University.
